To often when someone is starting a weight loss program or wants to prevent adding extra pounds, we over complicate it. While there are many variables in the body at play, I think many people use those as a scapegoat. The other issue I see frequently is always looking for the next “new” diet fad.

All that does is prevent you from taking action. It can be simple and easy.
